Processing Time

• Original paintings: 4-6 business days

• Prints and merch: 5–10 business days (as some items are made to order)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• USA: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in tubes depending on size. Original paintings are wrapped securely and boxed with protective materials.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at brevettiart@gmail.com, including your order number and photos (if applicable). I’ll do everything I can to help make it right.
